Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, manage your subscription, or make billing changes.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You can upgrade from Free to Professional, Free to Elite, or Professional to Elite. Access to new features and models activates right away.
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Paid plan access continues until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to Free.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you retain access for the time already paid.
Accepted payment methods
Vynaro accepts major credit cards, Link, and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Invoices and receipts
Billing history, invoices, payment methods, and billing details are available in Settings → Billing.
Refund policy
Vynaro does not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@vynaroai.com.
Professional includes all Free tools plus Pitch Deck Writer, Spark and Pulse models, extended capacity for regular use, 5 projects, 20 pins, file uploads (50MB total), archive, Coach Vario with expanded capabilities and 20 memory slots, 250-character custom instructions, and the option to opt out of data collection.
Professional is $19 per month. Annual billing is $190 per year — equivalent to $16 per month, saving 17% compared to monthly.
Elite gives access to all three AI models — Spark, Pulse, and Elite — with maximum capacity for power users. It includes all 10+ AI tools, Coach Vario with full capabilities and 50 memory slots, file uploads (100MB total), live web search, PDF export (no watermark), advanced conversation management, priority email support (24h), and early access to new features.
Elite is $49 per month. Annual billing is $470 per year — equivalent to $39 per month, saving 20% compared to monthly.
Yes. Cancel at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to Elite features until the end of your current billing period.
Vynaro does not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support@vynaroai.com and we will investigate. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
