Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, manage your subscription, or make billing changes.
Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock Professional features right away.
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. Professional access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Accepted payment methods
Vynaro accepts major credit cards, Link, and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Invoices and receipts
Billing history, invoices, payment methods, and billing details are available in Settings → Billing.
Refund policy
Vynaro does not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@vynaroai.com.
Professional gives access to all three AI models — Spark, Pulse, and Elite — with weekly usage only and significantly higher capacity. It includes all 10+ AI tools, Coach Vario with expanded capabilities, usage statistics dashboard, file uploads (TXT, PDF, Word, Excel), live web search, PDF export (no watermark), advanced conversation management (archive & complete chats), priority email support (24h), and early access to new features.
Professional is $20 per month. Annual billing is $180 per year — equivalent to $15 per month, saving 25% compared to monthly.
Yes. Cancel at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to Professional features until the end of your current billing period.
Vynaro does not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support@vynaroai.com and we will investigate. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
