Your subscription is managed through your account settings. Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, manage your subscription, or cancel.
Upgrade to Professional
Upgrades take effect immediately. You gain access to all Professional features right away.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time through Settings → Billing. Access to Professional features continues until the end of your current billing period.
Downgrade to Free
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you retain access for the period already paid.
Accepted payment methods
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Link, and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Invoices and receipts
Billing history and invoices are available in your account through Settings → Billing. You can also manage your payment method and billing details there.
Refund policy
Vynaro does not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@vynaroai.com and we will investigate.
