Solutions to frequently reported problems

This can happen with very long or complex inputs. Try breaking your prompt into a more focused, shorter description. If the issue persists, try using a lower AI model tier (e.g., Spark instead of Pulse) which may handle the request more consistently. Contact support if this happens repeatedly.

AI generation takes a moment, especially on higher-tier models like Pulse and Elite. If a request has not returned a response after a minute or two, try refreshing the page and resubmitting. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and try again.

Weekly capacity is shared across all tools and Coach Vario. Higher-tier models (Pulse, Elite) consume more capacity per request than Spark. If your capacity runs out faster than expected, consider using Spark for routine tasks and saving Pulse or Elite for complex analysis. Your exact reset time is shown in Settings → Billing.

File uploads are a Professional plan feature. Ensure your plan is active in Settings → Billing. Supported formats are TXT, PDF, Word, and Excel. Files must be within the supported size limit. If the file appears to upload but is not reflected in the response, try re-uploading and submitting again.

Context retention across sessions is a Professional plan feature. Free users have core coaching capabilities but without persistent profile-based memory. If you are on Professional, you can set and update your coaching context in Settings → Coach Memory.

PDF exports without watermarks are a Professional plan feature. Free plan PDF Coaching Reports include a watermark. Upgrade to Professional to remove it.

The quality of output depends heavily on the specificity of your input. Describe your business, market, or situation in as much detail as possible. Include who your customers are, what problem you're solving, and any relevant context. Avoid vague one-line prompts.

The Insight Visualizer has two plan tiers. Revenue Over Time and Funnel charts are available on all plans. CAC vs LTV and Forecast vs Actual charts require Professional. PNG export is available on all plans; PDF export of charts requires Professional.

Make sure you're using the correct email address and password. Use the 'Forgot password' option if needed — a reset link will be sent to your email. If your account was created with a third-party login method, use the same method you originally signed up with. If the issue persists, contact support@vynaroai.com.

After a successful payment, your plan should update immediately. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If your subscription is still not reflected after a few minutes, contact support@vynaroai.com with your account email and we will investigate.

Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. Make sure you are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, or Opera GX) and that it is updated to the latest version. Disable browser extensions temporarily to rule out conflicts. If the issue persists, contact support.
