The Free plan includes: Idea Validator, SWOT Analyzer, Customer Avatar Builder, Brand Mission Writer, Pain Point Finder, USP Generator, Product Namer, and Coach Vario (core coaching capabilities). All run on the Vynaro Spark capacity tier.
When your weekly usage limit is reached, you will need to wait until it resets. Your work and conversations remain saved and accessible. You can upgrade to Professional for access to Vynaro Pulse and Elite with significantly higher weekly capacity.
Professional gives access to all three AI models — Spark, Pulse, and Elite — with weekly usage only and significantly higher capacity. It includes all 10+ AI tools, Coach Vario with expanded capabilities, usage statistics dashboard, file uploads (TXT, PDF, Word, Excel), live web search, PDF export (no watermark), advanced conversation management (archive & complete chats), priority email support (24h), and early access to new features.
Professional is $20 per month. Annual billing is $180 per year — equivalent to $15 per month, saving 25% compared to monthly.
Yes. Cancel at any time through your account settings. You will retain access to Professional features until the end of your current billing period.
Vynaro does not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support@vynaroai.com and we will investigate. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you retain access for the time already paid.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Link, and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

No. Professional has no daily limits — weekly usage only. Your weekly capacity resets automatically at a fixed time each week, anchored to your first use.
Weekly capacity for both plans resets fully at a fixed time each week — exactly 7 days after your first token use, rounded to the start of that hour. Your settings page shows the exact reset time once your period has started.
Vynaro Spark is the entry-level AI model, available on both Free and Professional plans. It is optimized for focused, everyday business tasks and uses the base amount of your weekly usage allocation.
Vynaro Pulse is the mid-tier AI model, available on both Free and Professional plans. It offers enhanced reasoning for more complex business problems. Because it is more capable, it consumes more of your weekly usage allocation per request than Spark.
Vynaro Elite is the highest-tier AI model, available exclusively on the Professional plan. It is designed for deeper analysis and advanced reasoning, and consumes the most usage per request. Free users can access Elite by upgrading to Professional.
Coach Vario is a conversational business coaching companion available on both Free and Professional plans. Free users have access to core coaching capabilities. Professional users have access to expanded capabilities, including file uploads, web analysis, and profile-based context retention.
AI outputs are generated using models trained on business data and established frameworks. Results are structured and useful as a starting point. We recommend reviewing and adapting outputs to your specific business context.
Professional users can export results to PDF (no watermark). Free users receive PDF Coaching Reports with a watermark and can copy and paste other results for their own use.
Yes. The Insight Visualizer lets you paste CSV or JSON data, or enter values manually, to generate charts and a plain-language summary. Revenue Over Time and Funnel charts are available on all plans. CAC vs LTV and Forecast vs Actual charts require Professional. PNG export is available on all plans; PDF export requires Professional.
Vynaro uses enterprise-grade security including encryption in transit and at rest, secure data centers, and strict access controls. Your data is not used to train AI models. Your business information remains confidential and is never shared with third parties.
Vynaro is currently optimized for English. The underlying AI can process other languages, but output quality and consistency are not guaranteed outside of English at this time.

Vynaro is a web-based platform accessible from mobile and tablet browsers. There is no dedicated native app currently available.
