Teams
One shared workspace for your whole team — everything Elite offers, built for working together.
Teams costs $129/month, or $1,238/year on annual billing — equivalent to $103/month.
A team holds up to 5 people in total, including the owner. Five is a hard limit: it is enforced in the database and cannot be raised, so there is no larger Teams tier to upgrade to.
Members do not need their own subscription. Joining a team grants Elite-level capabilities — all three AI models, every tool, and the full feature set. Their own plan stays Free in the background and is ignored while they are on the team.
Teams does not give each person their own weekly allowance. The whole team draws from one shared weekly pool, managed by the owner.
That means usage is flexible: if one person is doing heavy research one week, they can use more of the pool without anyone having to move a plan. It also means a single heavy week can consume capacity the rest of the team was counting on — which is what per-member limits are for.
As with every plan, there are no daily caps. The pool refreshes on a rolling weekly cycle.
The owner or an admin can set an optional weekly limit for any individual member, from the Limits tab in team settings.
A member with no limit set can draw on the entire remaining pool. A member with a limit can use at most that much in a week, even if the pool still has capacity left. Setting a limit of zero suspends that member's AI usage without removing them from the team.
Limits are a ceiling on an individual, not a reservation — they cap what one person can take, they do not set anything aside for anyone else.
The owner or an admin invites people by email address. Each invitation is a single-use link that expires after 7 days, and can be resent or revoked before it is accepted.
Seats are counted conservatively: active members plus open invitations must stay within the five-seat limit, so you cannot invite a sixth person and discover the problem only when they try to accept.
An email address that already has a VynaroAI account cannot be invited into a team on that same address — each account belongs to at most one team.
Projects, pins, notes, Coach Vario chats, research and uploaded files are shared across the whole team by default, and so is a single shared business context that every tool draws on.
Private Coach Vario chats are switched off by default. An owner or admin can enable them in team settings, after which members may start chats only they can see. Usage from a private chat still draws on the shared team pool.
By default only the creator of a piece of content, an admin, or the owner can delete it. An owner or admin can change that to allow any member to delete team content.
Every member sees a one-time notice explaining this shared visibility before they start working, so nobody discovers it after the fact.
Teams is a single subscription paid by the owner. There is no per-seat billing and members are never charged.
If a payment fails, nothing stops immediately. The subscription moves to a retrying state and the team keeps working normally while the payment is retried.
Only when the retries are exhausted, or the subscription is cancelled, does the team go inactive. At that point AI features pause for everyone: the owner sees a reactivation option and can restore access by confirming payment, and everything resumes automatically once that succeeds. Members see a notice that the team is paused and are directed to their owner — they never see payment controls.
An inactive team stays readable for 30 days. During that window everyone can still open and read everything, but nothing can be created, changed or deleted. If the team is not reactivated within those 30 days it is permanently deleted along with its shared content, and each member's account continues as an ordinary Free individual account.
The owner can hand the team to any existing member. The change is atomic — the team is never left without an owner or with two — and the previous owner becomes an admin.
Billing does not move automatically. Until the new owner opens the billing portal and adds their own payment method, the subscription still charges the previous owner's card, and the team settings page says so plainly.

- ·Leave the team at any time
Members cannot invite, remove or manage anyone, and cannot change team settings.
